All of our roof projects are nailed, not stapled. If rotted decking is found under the shingles, it is replaced. All flashing, lead jacks, vent pipes and drip edge is replaced. New felt paper is installed. We also recommend ridge vents be placed on the top of your new roof for ventilation purposes. Helping you conserve energy by removing heated air trapped in the attic. Once the project is complete, we will perform a magnetic sweep of the work area to insure all debris is removed and disposed of legally. Ensuring your yard is as clean if not cleaner than when the project started.
